After-sales service commitment

1. Equipment debugging

1. After the equipment is assembled and debugged in the supplier's factory, the buyer should be notified in time of the specific delivery time and preparations required for installation.

2. The supplier is responsible for guiding the customer's on-site installation and commissioning work online, and the customer sends personnel to cooperate and provide lifting equipment,

Water and electricity required for installation

3. During the installation and commissioning process of the equipment at the buyer's site, the supplier provides free training and technical consultation services to the relevant technical personnel of the buyer.

4. After the installation and commissioning are completed, both parties will jointly check and accept according to the technical agreement and related attachments signed by both parties.

Second, after-sales service:

1. After the machine tool arrives at the use site, the supplier immediately sends professionals to guide the installation and commissioning online, and train the operation and management personnel of the demand side on

operation and maintenance. Ensure that the demand-side operators can operate and maintain independently and skillfully. The demand side can also send operators to the supplier for training.

2. The supplier's products are subject to "Three Guarantees" from the date of sale, and the quality assurance period is one year from the date of acceptance. During the warranty period, parts damaged by non-users will

be replaced free of charge (wearing parts are not covered by the warranty).

3. After the expiration of the warranty period, the buyer can directly purchase equipment spare parts from the supplier, and the supplier can arrange technical services when needed. The supplier shall respond within 2

hours after receiving the call from the demander to provide services, and send service personnel to the equipment use site of the demander within 24 hours.
